The Innovator’s Toolbox: Smiles, Style, and Substance

Dr. Keith Hall is a native of Nashville, TN. He started his higher education career in 2001 as a psychology instructor at Tennessee State University.  Keith transitioned to Southern California in 2007 and started his career at Azusa Pacific University in 2012 as the Director of the Noel Academy for Strengths-Based Leadership and Education. In 2016, he transitioned into the role as Executive Director of the Undergraduate Academic Success Center at APU. Keith is passionate about assessing, developing, and maximizing the potential of people and organizations.  Dr. Hall earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Middle Tennessee State University, master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling Psychology at Tennessee State University, and doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.
