Regina is an Assistant Professor of social work and has worked as a psychotherapist using mindfulness-based interventions in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma. She has honed her own personal mindfulness practice through daily meditation, yoga, as well as participating in spiritual retreats. Her research is focused on adapting current mindfulness practice from a religiously-oriented model in the treatment of stress.
